As you may be aware that the Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems course that you are currently studying offers opportunity for students to opt for one specialization stream in second year of study. The two specialization streams that would be offered in future semesters (i.e., Feb-2018 onward) are Networking Stream and Application Development Stream. You are required to provide your stream preference below. Please note allotment to your preferred stream depend on your eligibility to choose electives in that stream depending on your past study progress and the number of units you are required to study to complete the BITS course. Please also note that this is just an expression of interest and a specialization streams may not be offered if there are sufficient enrolment for that stream.
Upon completion of the form you would be invited to understand the study plan and sign up the relevant documents at the start of 2018-2 class, if required. Your unit allocation would be based on your option.
If you do not complete the this survey, VIT would assume you are do not have a preference on the specialisation streams and VIT would, at its discretion, place you in one of the streams based on your previous profile.
