Through my role, I have recommended VIT to many students and gained a clear understanding of what students expect from a university and the challenges they face. In my current role, I regularly work with boards and senior stakeholders, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting governance processes. Previously, while working at AIB, I had exposure to both the Board of Directors and the Academic Board, providing valuable insight into academic governance and decision-making.
